Each piece is created especially for you once you place your order. This helps us reduce waste, keep quality high, and make sure you get something unique.

We recommend checking out the size guide for each product before placing your order. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

We can only accept changes or cancellations before the order window closes for that batch. After this, your item will already be in production.

As each piece is made to order, please allow 4 - 6 weeks from the order window closure for production and standard shipping times.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please send us a message if you wish to purchase from outside Australia.

Since everything is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Don’t worry! If your item arrives faulty, not as described, or different from what you ordered, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at hello@wylddog.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

To keep your gear looking great, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water and air-drying where possible. Avoid ironing directly over prints.

We use AS Colour products, known for their quality and durability, and work with a premium local printer with over 20 years of experience. Our designer turns our canine-inspired concepts into bold, detailed designs that reflect who we are.
