ORDERING

Q: How does made-to-order work?

Each piece is created especially for you once you place your order. This helps us reduce waste, keep quality high, and make sure you get something unique.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

We recommend checking out the size guide for each product before placing your order. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

We can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the order being made. After this, your item will already be in production.

SHIPPING

Q: How long will my order take?

As each piece is made to order, please allow 2 - 4 weeks from when you placed your order to allow for production. Standard shipping times apply.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Q: What is the cost of shipping?

Your shipping will be calculated at checkout based on what you order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Q: Can I return my order?

Since everything is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Q: What if my order is faulty or incorrect?

Don’t worry! If your item arrives faulty, not as described, or different from what you ordered, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at hello@wylddog.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

CARE AND QUALITY

Q: How do I care for my apparel?

To keep your gear looking great, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water and air-drying where possible. Avoid ironing directly over prints.
